At about 9pm, while I was cruising about 55mph down the highway, 60 miles from my hometown, my timing belt broke. I had to pay for a wrecker to drive 120 miles to get my car back to my house. I then found out that the valves were were warped. So I call my neighbor, mechanic, and ask if he would like to help us replace everything. We worked every other night. We paid him 1100$ to finish it, but he got thrown in prison after we paid him. 1100$ well wasted. So now i finally have another guy who owns a local shop that is going to finish doing the job. He said he would do it for free since we gave him some siding to put on his house, but I'm sure he doesn't know what he's in for. It should be running in a few days, as long as we don't have to order any parts. Remember to change your timing belt when it's time.
